I believe in absolute precision led preparation.

  • 5 km - 38 minutes
  • 10 km - 1 hour 15 minutes
  • 15 km - 1 hour 53 minutes
  • 21 km - 2 hour 43 minutes

Entire route has got slopes, so we will run faster downwards and slower run/walk upwards. We will have water breaks at every 4km/5km. I will try to motivate and push all the runners to achieve their best and will make sure you reach finish line before time.

Thrust on consistent pace matching the distance and even pacing over all shall leave us well within our target of 2 hours 15 minutes.

First 10 km= 62 mins

Second 10 km =65 mins

Last 1.1 km= 7 mins

Bhavesh Jesalpura
2 hours 15 minutes

My strategy is to split the run in two parts

First Part easy from 6.30 to 6.45 minutes per hour

Second Part paced from 6.05 to 6.15 minutes per hour .

To complete the half marathon sub 2 hours 15 minutes.

So overall, a strong finish with no negative splits.

Surendra Varma

We would start at pace of 5.30 mnts/Km for first 3 kms and then increase our pace to 5.20 Mnts/Km and maintain this pace till 16 Km and preserve our energy. And in last 5 km we will do negative split and do the last 5 kms at 5 Mnts/Km pace and finish strong.

Anjani Upadhyay - 21 kms

I love to keep the runners engaged with stories and fun running anecdotes during the run. Starting with a before the race warm up, i will make sure that you will reach the finish line, sub 2 hours 30 minutes very comfortably, as i pace the run for you accordingly.

While starting the run we will have all small target to go for first 5 km
